Agen Allwedd Agen Allwedd, along with D via New entrance

Byron and Rob also entered with us but did thier own short trip. This was a trip to the courtisan, prob the longest trip I have run so far for the club (Link to county the only one that come close). We were initially quite slow through the entrance series but picked up pace in Southern stream. Despite the ardorous nature of the passage no one complained. We dropped down the waterfall and on into easier passage. Route finding and food breaks slowed us down a bit as well as lots of photos at camp etc.

The hardedt bit was ills inlet leading to the courtisan consisting of I think 10 squeezes, oncluding a tricky double bend one. Marcus who is broadshoyldered should have struggled but he did not, I was very impressed, infact I was inpressed by everyone. We reached the nice formations, but could not find the Coutisan itself which was hidden in a side passage. We realised time was moving on after all the photo taking it had taken us 5 hours to get here. However going on we pressed on much quicker making the exit in a little over 3 with bags.

Impressive trip I hope to run more like this next year or later this year grand circle perhaps or maybe that new cave in the forest of Dean.
